All orders are shipped same day if placed before 2pm PST from Monday – Friday.

Orders placed after 2pm PDT or AEST from Monday – Friday will be processed for dispatch the following business day.

All weekend orders will be processed on the following business day.

Undelivered items

If you do not receive your order or it is returned to us, we will fully refund your order, minus the shipping costs and a $10 admin / restocking fee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days and we will refund your money.

Returns / Exchange / Refund

Thank you for your purchasing our products here at Wellbeing Farms. Please read the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges and refunds:

Return Policy: Unopened or minimally used products may be returned for a full refund, minus a $10 admin / restocking fee. Returns are to be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days from the purchase date. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us at and we’ll be happy to help.

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Damaged Items: Report all damages to our customer service team within two (2) business days of delivery, so we can process a replacement or an item of the same value. Depending on the request, we ask for photographs as part of the return policy. Defective or damage outside the customer’s control will be processed.

Exchange Policy: You may exchange an unopened purchase by placing a new order and returning the unwanted purchase at your cost. In order to process the exchange, you must contact us ‘click here’. Returned items will be subject to the Returns Policy.

Return Processing: Prior to returning any items, please complete our online form. If the return meets this Policy, then a refund will be process within 2-5 business days depending on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return / Exchange / Refund 

1. Click ‘Contact Us’ via our website or by ‘CLICK HERE’ to ensure you return meets our Policy. Once approved, we will guide you through the process.

2. Ensure the return is safely repackage to prevent any damage or loss of the returned item. Damaged items from poorly repackaged items may result in your return / refund being rejected.

3. A copy of the original Packing List is required with the return. Advise us whether you would like a refunded as per the Policy or if you prefer a replacement item sent.

4. For defective returns, you will be issued a pre-paid return label. For non-defective returns, you will be required to send back to the provided address.

5. Refunds will only be processed if received in satisfactory condition.

6. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days once approved. Returns will be processed back to the original means of payment.
